MUSIC THERAPY
A unique experience worth experiencing at Rhythm Spa. 30 minutes of your choice of massage, follwed by 30 minutes of rhythmic massage. Then, without being rushed back into the outside world, sit back and enjoy some live music while you have a drink and snacks in robes. We often encourage the couples to write a love note to each other saying how much they mean to each other.

Waxing
The most common method of semi permanent hair removal. It is recommended to wax every 3-4 weeks, until you start seeing results, then gradually every 5-6 weeks depending on the result. Drawbacks of waxing are ingrown hairs, but with a proper combination of exfoliation and good products it can be very beneficial. If you still end up getting an ingrown hair, try to put a hot pack on. This will help the hair move closer to the skin and then using a sharp tweezer, just let it out but don't tweeze it completely.
Threading
is recommended for the clients who are sensitive and are on medication such as Retin-A, Renova, Differin. It is just as effective as waxing, much safer when it comes to facial hair and is known for the perfection it gives, especially for the eyebrow. It manages to take hair off in definite lines, there is reduced redness and yes, it can be a little uncomfortable, but definitely worth it.

Everytime i step into Rhythm Spa,I immedietly feel sense of peaceof Tranquilt, everybit of stress or anxiety that i am feeling in my everyday life seems to melt away.Perhaps its soft musicplaying or Maria's abilty to create a paradise in a busy part of the town. I found Rhythm Spa shortly after relocating to Toronto while looking for a day spa for my sister and I.
