THINGS YOU WOULD WANT TO KNOW

We at Rhythm Spa strive to do our best, to make your every visit special.

1) Arrive 10 Minutes before your service, Rushing in for your appointment may not be good start, if you feel you are cutting it to close then book a time that is comfortable for you.

2) If we are running late we promise not to cut your service.

3) Tools are sanitized as required by TorontoPublichealth, make sure to take nail file and nail buffers with you, we use large pore stainless steel foot file for easy sanitation.

4) We use professional Laundry service and go through 60-80 bags of laundry every month, feel free to walk in to the laundry room, we ensure there are clean sheets for every single client.

5) We go through 1500-200 waxing sticks a month, absolutly no double dipping specially during brazillian and Bikini wax.

6) Make sure you go through the list of things you can expect during each service, if you are spa Virgin you know exactly what your treatment cconsist of.

7) If there is concern during the treatment bring it our attention right away, Temprature, noise level, privacy issue, never bite on these things, becasue everything counts for your overall experience and we Care!!
